What is a ”Power Card®”?

A Dave & Buster's Power Card is used to pay for most of the games in the Midway. It's a great alternative to stuffing your pockets with tokens, coins or dollar bills. You add funds to your Power Card in a few different ways: in-store at a Charging Station kiosk, with a Dave & Buster's employee, or through the Charging Station Mobile App.

How do I install the Dave & Buster’s Charger App?

Follow the "Download" link at Charging Station Mobile App or search “Dave & Buster’s Charger” in the Apple iTunes Store or the Google Play Store and follow the on-screen instructions to install.

How do I sign up for a Dave & Buster’s Charging Station Mobile App account?

After you have installed the app, use the “Create New Account” option on the Sign In screen. We need your mobile phone number to send you a temporary password via SMS text (standard rates apply). You can then add your Power Cards number, found on the back of your power card.

What if I do not receive my Temporary Password via SMS?

In most cases, you receive your temporary password in a few seconds; however, it may vary based on carrier service. Note:  the 6-digit activation code is contained within the content of the SMS text message and will expire soon.

How do I find the nearest Dave & Buster’s location?

In the app, tap “Locations” and your device will automatically find the location nearest to you. You can also search by city, state and zip code.

How do I add a Power Card®?

In the app, tap “Cards”, then tap “Add a Power Card” (+) icon and enter your Power Card details. This includes Power Card #, a Nickname for the card and Power Card PIN found on the back of your Power Card. Tap “Add Card” button and your Power Card will be added to your account and display balances.

What is Dave & Buster’s Rewards℠?

Dave & Buster's Rewards is a FREE email program where Guests can earn FREE game play and receive exclusive offers! We'll send you $10 FREE Game Play (with purchase of $10 game play) just for signing up! Enroll in-store at the Rewards Kiosk at any Dave & Buster’s location or online at Rewards.

How do I remove a Power Card® from my account?

In the app, tap “Cards”, then tap the edit icon on the card you want to remove. Tap the delete icon and confirm deletion, the Power Card will be removed from your account.

Can I register more than one Power Card®?

While one Power Card is allowed for each person, you can list many Power Cards into the app.  That way you can add funds to any of cards that aren’t your own.  For instance, parents often have each child’s cards listed in their app.  One card per person, but many cards listed in app.

Are Canadian Power Cards supported in the Charging Station Mobile App?

Balance inquiry functionality is available for all Power Cards however adding funds to Power Cards is a functionality available only in the U.S.

Are payment cards issued in Puerto Rico supported in app?

YES!  In the app, tap “Profile”, then “Credit Cards”. Enter your PIN for security authentication, then tap the add icon (+) and enter your payment card details. Tap “Add Credit Card” button and your payment card will be added to your account.

How do I find what my Power Card number is?

In the app, tap “Cards” to access your Power Cards. Tap anywhere on the Power Card image, you will be prompted to enter your app password for security authentication. Upon successful entry of your app password, the Power Card number, nickname and PIN will be presented.

What is a payment card?

A payment card is a supported debit or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are supported payment cards. Currently, Dave & Buster’s Gift Cards are not supported as in-app payments.

How do I add a payment card to my account?

In the app, tap “Profile”, then tap “Credit Cards”. Create and confirm your PIN number, then tap the add icon (+) and enter your payment card details. You will need to provide the Name on Card, Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV, Postal Code associated with your card. Plus, you can add a card nickname if you like. Tap “Add Credit Card” button and your payment card will be added to your account.

How is my payment card information secured?

We do not store vital card information on your smartphone. When you add a payment card, the information is encrypted, stored, and securely transmitted following PCI standards. A PIN is also required when you access your payment cards or authorize the purchase of chips for a Power Card.

I recharged my Power Card® in-app and I do not see my chips?

Your purchased chips should be applied immediately upon notification of transaction SUCCESS. Refresh your Power Card balance by tapping the refresh button.

How do I redeem an offer I received in the mobile app?

In the app, tap “Offers”, then select the offer you would like to redeem. Tap the “Redeem” button, then tap “Select Power Card” on the Power Card® you would like the chips applied. Enter your PIN for security authentication, then select the payment card to charge and tap “Process Payment”. Upon notification of transaction SUCCESS, your chip balance on the selected Power Card will be updated.

I tried to redeem an in-app offer in app and it failed?

Ensure you have adequate smartphone connectivity (a minimum of three bars) to transmit the payment request. If you have connectivity, the offer may fail due to the card processor declining the transaction. Please contact 1.877.277.0754 or daveandbusters@apriva.com and we can help you.

I am trying to redeem an emailed Dave & Buster’s Rewards℠ offer in the mobile app and it failed?

You can redeem offers that have been emailed to you from Dave & Buster’s Rewards program offers in-store at any Dave & Buster’s location.  The in-app offers are different and are redeemable in the mobile app.

I have duplicate charges on my payment card?

Please contact 1.877.277.0754 or daveandbusters@apriva.com with the date, time, first six (6) digits and last four (4) digits of your payment card number, and the mobile number tied to your Charger account and we can help you.

How do I remove a payment card from my account?

In the app, tap “Profile”, then tap “Credit Cards”. Tap the card you want to remove, then tap “Remove Card” and the payment card will be removed from your account.

How do I create a PIN for my mobile app account?

You will be prompted to create a PIN for your account the first time you add a payment card.

How do change my PIN number?

In the app, tap “Profile” then “Change PIN”. You will be prompted to enter your current PIN for security authentication, then your new PIN twice for confirmation.

What do I do if I can't remember my PIN?

In the app, tap “Forgot PIN” when prompted to enter PIN. You will be prompted to enter your password for authentication, then then your new PIN twice for confirmation. Note: by resetting your PIN, all your payment cards will be removed for security purposes.

How do I update my Personal Information?

In the app, tap “Profile”, then the edit icon. Edit your profile and tap “Save” to retain your changes.

How do I review my receipts for my account?

In the app, tap “Profile”, then “Receipts” to view your receipts.

How do I deactivate my account?

How do I know how many chips each game costs?

Each game has a display at the card swipe mechanism that shows the number of chips required to play. Also, a list of games (“Game List”) and the number of chips required to play a game (which may be denominated in whole or fractional chips) is available at the front desk or Winner’s Circle of Participating Locations. The prices of Games are subject to change at any time by Dave & Buster’s.

What is “Attraction Play”?

Allows Guests to play the latest virtual reality games.

What is a “Chip”?

When you add funds or "charge" your Power Card® at a kiosk, with a Dave & Buster's employee, or on the Charging Station App you are purchasing "Chips". These chips are used to pay for many of the games in the Dave & Buster's Million Dollar Midway. Various games require various numbers of chips.

What is a “Ticket”?

Many of the games in the Dave & Buster's Million Dollar Midway offer opportunities to win various quantities of tickets depending on the game. Tickets can be redeemed at the Winner's Circle for great prizes.

What is a “Rewards Point”?

Dave & Buster’s Rewards℠ members who have registered their Power Card® on the website can earn free game play for every 100 Rewards Points they earn. Members earn one (1) Rewards Point for every dollar they spend on food, beverages and games at Dave & Buster's. That's a 10% savings, just for having FUN!

Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for prizes. Some restrictions apply. See Official Rules for details.
